Rental terms

These are the terms we already apply to every hire. The remaining details are being confirmed — ask us and we will tell you exactly where you stand before you commit to anything.

What a hire includes

• —Delivery and collection across Sri Lanka, from Battaramulla
• —Cabling, setup and a soundcheck before we leave
• —A refundable deposit held against the equipment

The deposit

A refundable deposit is held against the equipment and returned at check-in, once it comes back in working order. It is held separately and is not a fee.

Damage

Normal wear is on us. Damage caused by misuse is charged against the deposit, and we show you the fault before anything is deducted.

If something fails during your event

Tell us immediately. We would rather fix it than argue about it afterwards.

Still being confirmed

Deposit amounts, cancellation notice periods, late-return terms and travel charges beyond Colombo are being finalised. Until they are published here, we confirm them with you in writing before a booking is taken.
